Last month Corbin Bleu stepped into the role of Nick Carraway in Broadway's The Great Gatsby after playing the role in the musical's 2025 London production. Watch the High School Musical and Kiss Me, Kate star lead the New York company in "Roaring On" at the Broadway Theatre in the video above.
Reeve Carney (Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, Hadestown) currently leads the cast as Jay Gatsby opposite his real-life wife, two-time Tony nominee Eva Noblezada (Miss Saigon, Hadestown), who created the role of Daisy Buchanan.
The newlyweds, in fact, have a long history of sharing the stage, in the Broadway and London productions of Hadestown as well as the London revival of Cabaret. The Great Gatsby, however, marks their first time performing on Broadway as husband and wife—the couple married in October of last year.
The Broadway company also currently features Linedy Genao as Myrtle Wilson, Samantha Pauly as Jordan Baker, Charlie Pollock as George Wilson, John Behlmann as Tom Buchanan, and Eric Anderson as Meyer Wolfsheim.
The ensemble includes Alexis Hasbrouck, Curtis Holland, Nathaniel Hunt, Traci Elaine Lee, Dariana Mullen, Elena Ricardo, Dan Rosales, Dave Schoonover, Mike Schwitter, Tess Soltau, Preston Taylor, Matt Wiercinski, Kyla Stone, and Damani Van Rensalier. Kurt Csolak, Haley Fish, Morgan Harrison, Justin Keats, Drew Lake, Brandon J. Large, Alicia Lundgren, and Alex Prakken round out the cast as swings.
