News Stockard Channing, Billy Magnussen and 11 More Join Nathan Lane and Debra Messing for Shorts by Wesley Taylor Emmy and Tony Award winner Stockard Channing, "Into the Woods" star and Tony nominee Billy Magnussen and 11 others have joined the cast for the Oct. 26 reading of six new 10-minute plays by actor/playwright Wesley Taylor. Tickets are on sale today.

The evening, a benefit for the Actors Fund of America, will also feature previously announced stars Nathan Lane and Debra Messing as well as Tracee Chimo, Dane DeHaan, Bryce Pinkham, Krysta Rodriguez, Becca Tobin, Kyle Beltran, Logan Fahey, Max Jenkins, Alice Lee, Victoria Mack and Adrienne Warren.

Taylor's Bridging the Gap, Spark, Mother, Cuckold, Little Monsters and Billy Green Auditions for Juilliard will be read starting at 7:30 PM that day at the Gerald W. Lynch Theatre at John Jay College, 524 West 59th St. in Manhattan.

As an actor, Taylor has been seen in the original Broadway casts of The Addams Family and Rock of Ages as well as Off-Broadway in Little Miss Sunshine, and the television series "Smash." He also created the Broadway-themed web series "It Could Be Worse" alongside Mitchell Jarvis.
