Ben Platt Is Gianmarco Soresi's Theater Adult Special Guest for March

The Tony, Grammy, and Emmy Award winner will join the comic and theatre fan at Joe's Pub.

Comic Gianmarco Soresi will welcome Tony-, Grammy-, and Emmy-winning stage and screen star Ben Platt as his special guest at the March edition of his recurring Joe's Pub show Theater Adult, set for March 3 at the cabaret venue.

Soresi's monthly show Theater Adult celebrates everyone's inner theatre kid, melding stand-up, crowd work, and a guest star interviewee at each performance. Joel Kirk produces.

Past special guests have included Laura Benanti, Joel Kim Booster, Erika Henningsen, Alex Moffat, and Amber Ruffin.

Platt is a Tony winner for creating the title role in Dear Evan Hansen, a role he reprised in the musical's screen adaptation. He's since returned to Broadway as Leo Frank in Parade, and is readying to star in anniversary concert performances of The Last Five Years in California and London, both opposite Rachel Zegler.
