Former SNL star Ego Nwodim will perform in a solo comedy show Off-Broadway. It will be part of LCT3 and Seaview's upcoming The Comedy Series Off-Broadway, a series of live comedy shows from notable comedians. Nwodim's show, to be directed by Zhailon Levingston (Cats: The Jellicle Ball), will perform November 19-23, and will serve as Nwodim's Off-Broadway debut.
As previously announced, the series also includes solo shows from Vir Das, performing October 29-November 9; Jerrod Carmichael, performing November 12-16; and Sam Jay, performing December 3-14. The performances will take place at Lincoln Center's Claire Tow Theater.
Seaview and LCT plan to use the series as a creative vehicle for the comedy artists to develop new material and theatrical pieces.
