Jordan Fisher, Taran Killam, Keala Settle, and Stephanie Styles

Casting is now complete for the City Center Encores! staging of Urinetown, which will be presented February 5–16, 2025, at the Manhattan venue.

Joining the previously announced Jordan Fisher as Bobby Strong, Taran Killam as Officer Lockstock, Keala Settle as Penelope Pennywise, and Stephanie Styles as Hope Cladwell will be Rainn Wilson as Caldwell B. Cladwell, Tiffany Mann as Soupy Sue, Jenni Barber as Little Becky Two Shoes and Mrs. Millenium, Josh Breckenridge as Senator Fipp, Yeman Brown as Billy Boy Bill, Kevin Cahoon as Old Man Strong and Hot Blades Harry, Pearl Scarlett Gold as Little Sally, Greg Hildreth as Officer Barrel, Jeff Hiller as Mr. McQueen, Daniel Quadrino as Robby the Stockfish, Myra Lucretia Taylor as Josephine Strong, and John Yi as Tiny Tom plus ensemble member Graham Rowat, who will also play Officer Lockstock February 14.

With a score by Tony winners Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis and a book by Kotis, Urinetown examines the darkest dilemmas of humanity, skewering everything from capitalism to environmental activism.

Teddy Bergman will direct the Tony-nominated musical with choreography by Mayte Natalio, scenic design by Clint Ramos, costume design by Sophia Choi, lighting design by Justin Townsend, sound design by Nevin Steinberg, and projection design by Peter Nigrini. Encores! Music Director Mary-Mitchell Campbell will lead The Encores! Orchestra.

Casting is by Tara Rubin Casting's Kevin Metzger-Timson.

The 2025 Encores! series also includes Love Life (March 26–30), directed by Victoria Clark; and Wonderful Town (April 30–May 11), directed by Zhailon Levingston.
