According to the Labyrinth, "Four celebrity teams jockey their way to the Winner’s Circle in a fearsome and hilarious speed charades competition." Previous themes for the annual benefit have included a pep rally, a knockout in a boxing ring and a Battle of Good and Evil.
The lineup of performers also included Jesse L. Martin, Yul Vázquez, Josh Charles, Tom Colicchio, Bob Balaban, Chris Rock and Cynthia Rowley.
