If you've ever wanted to hear Jeremy Jordan and Jonathan Groff's rendition of "Let Me Be Your Star" while you work out, you're in luck.

MCC Theater’s Miscast: The Studio Sessions, featuring songs from the last 25 years of the Off-Broadway company's Miscast fundraiser, newly recorded, will be released later this month by Joy Machine Records. Miscast is the annual industry favorite that features Broadway stars performing songs from roles in which they might not be traditionally cast.

Produced by Will Van Dyke, Patrick Sulken, and Derik Lee, the album will be available to stream March 28. Pre-save the album by clicking here.

In addition to the 11 newly recorded tunes, the album will also feature a live recording of Rent's "Take Me or Leave Me," featuring Aaron Tveit and the late Gavin Creel.

In anticipation of the full album, MCC Theater has released “Go the Distance,” performed by Tony nominee Eva Noblezada, available to listen to here. The recent Great Gatsby and forthcoming Cabaret star originally performed the Hercules tune at the 2019 Miscast Gala.

The complete track listing for the upcoming album follows:

"We are overjoyed to celebrate 25 years of Miscast history and artistry with this first-ever studio album. The incredible list of artists and tracks included is a testament to what Miscast has meant to the theatre community for decades, shining a light on singular performances that will stay with us forever," said MCC Co-Artistic Directors Bernie Telsey and Will Cantler in a joint statement.

Added MCC Executive Director Blake West: "It is especially meaningful that we could partner with Will Van Dyke and Joy Machine Records on this album. Will has music directed Miscast live performances for the past six years."

"I am so excited to have been able to capture these amazing Miscast performances in the studio and share them with the huge array of MCC fans around the world,” added Will Van Dyke. “It's also an honor to have this be a collaboration with Joy Machine Records, since a huge part of our mission is supporting recorded music within the theatre industry outside of cast recordings. This is a thrilling launch for our company, and we hope people embrace the album with the excitement they do for the live event each year!"
