This will mark the beginning of a tour of the two performers to celebrate the release of the new Concord Records disc "Only One Life: The Songs of Jimmy Webb." The CD, which will be released Oct. 7, is Feinstein's fifth for the Concord label includes such Webb tunes as "Up, Up & Away," "Didn't We," "The Moon's a Harsh Mistress" and "Time Flies." The disc also boasts six never-before recorded tunes, including "Belmont Avenue," a song from the upcoming musical version of "A Bronx Tale." Feinstein, who has been called the ambassador of the American popular song, recently said, "Jimmy is the link between the classics and contemporary songwriting. He has the perfect combination of music and lyrics, intelligence and wit. Jimmy's songs have been incredibly influential to his generation, and they will be standards for the next generation."

A four-time Grammy nominee, singer-pianist Michael Feinstein is often credited with reinvigorating the American popular song. The crooner has performed in concert halls around the world and on Broadway and now co owns his own nightclub, Feinstein's at the Regency. His numerous solo recordings include "Michael and George: Feinstein Sings Gershwin," "Big City Rhythms" "Romance On Film, Romance On Broadway" and "Michael Feinstein with The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra."

Feinstein and Webb will offer shows Tuesday through Saturdays at 8:30 PM with late shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 11 PM. There is a $60 cover and a $30 minimum.
