The long-running show Menopause The Musical will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a new tour, set to launch this summer with details to be announced. The musical is refreshing its branding alongside the anniversary tour, swapping out its cartoon figures with some of the real women that star in the jukebox favorite. The new artwork, which you can view above, features Ingrid Cole, Nancy Slusser, Stacey Harris, and Anise Ritchie.

Full touring details will be revealed in June.

The musical—dedicated to celebrating women going through the change along with those who are already on the other side—premiered in 2001 in Orlando before coming to Off-Broadway for a four-year run. In the years since, the work has toured almost continually, reaching more than 17 million audience members and more than 500 cities worldwide, including all continental U.S. states. A Las Vegas production opened in 2006 at Harrah's Hotel and Casino, where it continues, the strip's longest-running scripted show. Since its creation, the musical has been translated into nine different languages, with bows in Australia, South Korea, Brazil, France, Slovenia, and many more. A sequel musical, subtitled Cruising Through 'The Change,' launched in 2024.

Created by Jeanie Linders and directed by Seth Greenleaf, the musical centers on four women who meet while shopping for bras at a department store lingerie sale. They start commiserating about hot flashes, mood swings, wrinkles, weight gain, and more while singing more than 20 chart-topping songs, newly re-written to be all about menopause.

GFour Productions produces.
