Cabaret & Concert News Maybe Happy Ending Actor Dez Duron Will Offer Free Bryant Park Concert

The evening at the Manhattan venue will also be live-streamed.

Dez Duron, who is currently making his Broadway debut as Gil Brentley in the Tony-winning musical Maybe Happy Ending, will offer a free concert August 8 at New York's Bryant Park. 

Part of the Carnegie Hall Citywide concert series, the evening will begin at 7 PM and continue to 8:30 PM. For those who can’t attend in person, the performance with The Voice finalist will be livestreamed on Bryant Park’s website and on YouTube.

The Bryant Park lawn opens at 5 PM.

Maybe Happy Ending continues its run at the Belasco Theatre co-starring 2025 Tony winner Darren Criss and Helen J Shen. Opening night was November 12, 2024. The musical, featuring a Tony-winning book and score by Hue Park and Will Aronson, was the most Tony-winning show of the 2024-2025 season, with six wins, including Best Musical.
