As the London production of the Tony-winning Moulin Rouge! The Musical enters its fifth year at the Piccadilly Theatre, the hit musical has announced several cast changes.
Beginning October 13, Karis Anderson (Tina: The Tina Turner Musical) and Alistair Brammer (Miss Saigon) will be the new Satine and Christian, respectively. Also joining the cast is Richard Lloyd King (The Book of Mormon) as Toulouse-Lautrec.
They company also includes Craig Ryder (Priscilla Queen of the Desert) as Harold Zidler, Ben Richards (Emmerdale) as The Duke, Ivan De Freitas (& Juliet) as Santiago, newcomer Lindsey Tierney (Hamilton) as Nini, Hannah Jay-Allan (Beautiful – The Carole King Musical) and Helen K Wint (Oklahoma!) alternating as Arabia, Matteo Johnson (Bat Out of Hell) as Baby Doll, newcomer Athena Collins (SIX The Musical) as La Chocolat, and Angela Marie Hurst (Motown: The Musical) as Alternate Satine.

The London production has also announced that tickets are currently on sale through May 23, 2026.
Moulin Rouge!, based on the 2001 film, opened on Broadway in 2019 following a Boston tryout. The musical was subsequently nominated for 14 Tony Awards in 2020, winning 10, including Best Musical.
The production is directed by Alex Timbers with a book by John Logan
(based on the Baz Luhrmann-directed movie of the same name) and
choreography by Sonya Tayeh. The score features covers of "Firework" by
Katy Perry, "Your Song" by Elton John, and "Chandelier" by Sia, among
many other modern pop songs. The story takes place at Paris' famed
Moulin Rouge and follows the tragic love story between performer Satine
and composer Christian.
The production's music team includes musical supervisor Justin Levine, music producer Matt Stine, and music director Julie McBride. Orchestrations are by Levine, Stine, Katie Kresek, and Charlie Rosen, with dance arrangements by Levine and Stine.
Also on the creative team are scenic designer Derek McLane, costume designer Catherine Zuber, lighting designer Justin Townsend, sound designer Peter Hylenski, hair designer David Brian Brown, and makeup designer Sarah Cimino. Casting is by Pippa Ailion and Natalie Gallacher.
Moulin Rouge! The Musical is produced in London by Carmen Pavlovic and Gerry Ryan OAM for Global Creatures and Bill Damaschke. The executive producer in the West End is Nia Janis, and general management is by Playful Productions.
The musical continues on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
