News Kate Whoriskey Will Direct Industry Reading Of in-between, Story of Love and Commitment John Anastasi's new play in-between will receive a private industry reading, directed by Kate Whoriskey.

Held March 20 at the Snapple Theatre, the reading will feature Johanna Day (You Can't Take it With You, Proof), Alyssa Bresnahan (War Horse), Aya Cash ("The Wolf Of Wall Street") and Jennifer Ikeda (Top Girls, Seascape.)

in-between "is a story of a committed couple who are forced to answer the question, 'Why do we love who we love?' Facing the life altering choices the modern world offers and examines what happens when a person's happiness and sense of self is pitted against one's commitment to another."

Whoriskey's credits include The Miracle Worker, Tales from Red Vienna, Ruined and How I Learned to Drive, among others.

Anastasi has written In My Father's Eyes, Pied a Terre and I Forgive You, Ronald Reagan.
