News Justin Kirk and Rob Corddry Featured in New Play About The Ramones A private reading of John Ross Bowie's new play Hanukkah with Joey Ramone, set in the late 1970s world of the rock group The Ramones, will be presented April 9 at the Ivar Theater in Hollywood.

The reading will feature the talents of Ben Feldman (The Graduate, "A to Z") as Phil Spector, Justin Kirk ("Angels in America," "Weeds") as Johnny Ramone, DJ Qualls ("Breaking Bad," "Road Trip") as Joey Ramone, Rob Corddry ("The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," "Hot Tub Time Machine")as Dee Dee Ramone, James Pumphrey as Marky Ramone and Arden Myrin as Linda Daniele.

The play, press notes state, "centers around the period of time in which The Ramones recorded their fifth album, 'End of the Century,' with infamous producer Phil Spector."

Brian Nitzkin is producing the reading.

The Ivar Theater is located at 1605 Ivar Ave. in Hollywood, between Sunset Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd.
