Jordan Matthew Brown (The Book of Mormon) will star in the Mint Theater production of Zack this winter. Britt Berke will direct Harold Brighouse's 1920 play, performing February 21-March 28, 2026 and officially opening March 8.

The work centers on underdog, Zachariah Munning, whose family thinks he's just lazy and dim. As Zack’s calculating mother and cold-blooded brother scheme to take advantage of a rich relative who is coming to visit, they believe her wealth might solve the problem of their failing business and are ready to sacrifice Zack for their own aims.

Brown will star in the title role, with further casting to be announced.

The production will feature scenic design by Brittany Vasta, costume design by Kindall Almond, lighting design by Mary Louise Geiger, sound design by Jane Shaw, prop design by Chris Fields, and casting direction by Stephanie Klapper.
