2025 Tony nominee Jasmine Amy Rogers (BOOP!) will host the NextGen Spotlight concert at The Green Room 42 September 29. The event, which showcases rising stars singing songs and sharing stories, is a program of Broadway Cares.
Jelani Remy (Back to the Future) is directing and curating the one-night-only event, which will also stream live.
Performers and special guests for the event will be announced next month. Last year's roster included Amber Ardolino (The Great Gatsby), Ali Louis Bourzgui (Hadestown), 2023 Jimmy Award winner Lauren Marchland, Joy Woods (Gypsy), and more.
Broadway Cares' NextGen program collects young ambassadors in support of Broadway Cares' work, helping them reach a more diverse community of potential donors. The philanthropic heart of Broadway, Broadway Cares is one of the nation's leading AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations.
