Come little Broadway favorites, I'll take thee away! The upcoming 10th anniversary edition of Jay Armstrong Johnson's witchy Hocus Pocus-themed event I Put a Spell on You has attracted some particularly delicious Broadway souls for the performance, set for October 20 at Manhattan's Webster Hall. The evening will again benefit the Ali Forney Center, the full-service organization protecting LGBTQIA+ youth from homelessness. Last year’s event, ALiiVE at Webster Hall, raised over $250,000.

Set to join this year's event are Robyn Hurder (SMASH), Krysta Rodriguez (Halston), Sean McManus (Beetlejuice), Taylor Iman Jones (SIX), Jake Pedersen (Wicked), Julia Mattison (Death Becomes Her), Karma Jenkins, Tim Murray, and more. And as previously announced, Johnson (Moulin Rouge, Parade), Allison Godleski, and Amanda Williams Ware will return to headline the evening as the cult classic film's Sanderson sisters, Winifred, Sarah, and Mary, respectively. Also in the cast will be Natalie Hinds as Dani Dennison, Maddox Martin as Max Dennison, and Kathryn Priest as Allison. Additional casting is to be announced.

Created in 2016 as Jay’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, the event has grown from beginnings at 54 Below to viral virtual iterations attended and streamed by tens of thousands worldwide. This year's iteration marks the second year at Webster Hall and the third benefiting AFC.

Heath Saunders and Mack Brown are directing, leading a creative team that also includes creative director DW, director of hair and makeup Kyle Krueger, lighting designer Andrew Garvis, sound designers Connor Wang and Jaechelle Johnson, technical supervisor Sean Gorski, music supervisor Jackson Teeley, supervising choreographer Michael Anthony Sylvester, music consultant Will Van Dyke, video supervisor Brian Pacelli, prop supervisor Andy Diaz, production stage manager Caroline Pastore, production manager Megan Saunders, director of visual performance Catriona Rubenis-Stevens, and director of cinematic capture Jake Primmerman.

Johnson is executive producer, with Andy Jones, Joe Hornberger, and Shannon Molly Flynn producing. Broadway Cares returns as the event’s lead sponsor.

Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker famously starred in the original 1993 Disney film Hocus Pocus.

Tickets are at AXS.com.
