The director-choreographer is partnering with the Institute for American Musical Theatre for the three-night limited engagement.

Director-choreographer Reed Luplau's latest, a new dance narrative titled How Will I Remember This, will make its world premiere via The Institute for American Musical Theatre, playing the company's IAMT Theater May 22-24.
The piece draws inspiration from Netflix's Eldorado, a documentary that tracks the legendary 1920s queer nightclub that became a beacon of Weimar-era LGBTQIA+ culture before being closed by the Nazis in 1933. Luplau's work asks the question: How do we hold onto memory when history refuses to let us? The piece will feature original music by Javier Dunn.
The performances will feature eight professional dancers joined by four graduates of IAMT's training program. Reed Luplau Works is producing in association with IAMT.
The performance will feature scenic design by Sarina Rivera and costume design by DW. Peter Marinaro is producing, with producing support from Andy Jones, Todd and Elizabeth Donovan, Lynda Erbs (AMCI), and IAMT's Michael Minarik.
Tickets are at SimpleTix.com.
