Lincoln Center Theater and Seaview have unveiled rush and lottery ticket programs for their upcoming The Comedy Series, which will present solo comedy evenings from Vir Das, Jerrod Carmichael, Ego Nwodim (SNL), and Sam Jay at Off-Broadway's Claire Tow Theater.

The series kicks off with Das' Hey Stranger October 29-November 9, directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel; with Carmichael's Live on Stage at Lincoln Center Theater November 12-16; Nwodim's untitled show November 19-23, directed by Zhailon Levingston (Cats: The Jellicle Ball); and Jay's We the People December 3-14.

Entries for a digital lottery will be accepted beginning at midnight ET one day before each performance at LCTLottery.com, with winners drawn the same day at 10 AM and 3 PM. Winners will be able to buy up to two $20 tickets. The series is also offering in-person rush tickets beginning one hour before showtime (those interested can begin lining up 90 minutes before showtime). Rush tickets will also be $20 each.

Seaview and LCT plan to use the series as a creative vehicle for the comedy artists to develop new material and theatrical pieces.
