The upcoming season of "Glee," which will feature Kate Hudson ("Nine") and Sarah Jessica Parker (Once Upon a Mattress) in multi-episode story arcs, will air after the reality competition "The X Factor." According to press notes, "With McKinley's senior class graduated and Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) off to NYADA, change is in the air this fall for the 'Glee' club."
During the "Glee" hiatus, Michele and co-stars Cory Monteith, Naya Rivera, Samuel Larsen, Darren Criss, Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer and Amber Riley appear as guest mentors on the second season of Oxygen Network's "The Glee Project." The show, which kicked off June 5, features 14 young performers competing for a multi-episode guest-starring role on Fox's "Glee." "Glee" co-producer Ryan Murphy has confirmed that this season's "Glee Project" will only feature one winner as compared to last season's tie.
