Rehearsals are underway for the U.K. premiere of the new musical Already Perfect, which will begin previews at London's King's Head Theatre January 9, 2026, for a limited engagement through February 15.
Featuring a book, music, and lyrics by Tony winner Levi Kreis (Million Dollar Quartet) and additional book material by Dave Solomon, the production is also directed by Solomon.
The cast features co-creator Kreis, Killian Thomas Lefevre (Dear Evan Hansen), and Yiftach ‘Iffy’ Mizrahi (From Here to Eternity).

Already Perfect is set on the eve of Levi's Broadway show being filmed for the archives as he finds himself alone in his dressing room, unraveling, and on the brink of ending it all. When an unexpected encounter occurs, a bit of theatrical magic happens. The walls of the room begin to shift, and what follows is a personal journey through memory, identity, and self-reckoning.
The creative team also includes musical supervisor, arranger, and orchestrator Matthew Antonio Perri, movement director Jennifer Rooney, scenic designer Jason Ardizzone-West, sound designer Jessica Paz, lighting designer Ian Scott, costume designer Jason Antone, and casting director Will Burton for Grindrod Burton.
