Elizabeth Marvel will star in the Caitlin Saylor Stephens play as a visionary fashion photographer coming to terms with the power of her own gaze.

Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 has added a world premiere to its season, with Caitlin Saylor Stephens' Five Models in Ruins, 1981 set to play the Off-Broadway Claire Tow Theater beginning April 19. Opening night will be May 5, and the run will continue through June 1.

The new work is set at a European estate just after Princess Diana's wedding, following a fashion photographer as an assignment to shoot the cover of Vogue threatens to be her last. Elizabeth Marvel will lead the cast as Roberto, with the cast also including Stella Everett as Chrissy, Maia Novi as Tatiana, Britne Oldford as Alex, Sarah Marie Rodriguez as Grace, and Madeline Wise as Sandy.

Wilma Theater Co-Artistic Director Morgan Green is directing, leading a creative team that includes scenic designer Afsoon Pajoufar, costume designer Vasilija Zivanic, lighting designer Cha See, and sound designer Kathy Ruvuna. Kara Kaufman will be the stage manager.

Stephens' previous plays include Modern Swimwear and When We Went Electronic.
