Michael Breslin and Patrick Foley’s Circle Jerk returns in a new hybrid in-person and live-stream production beginning June 8 at Off-Broadway's The Connelly Theater. Presented by Fake Friends, the 2021 Pulitzer Prize Finalist will open its new production June 14, with performances running through June 25.
Set in wintertime on Gaymen Island, a summer retreat for the homosexual rich and famous, Circle Jerk follows two White Gay internet trolls who scheme to take what they want in a chaotic mix of flip flops as three actors play nine roles.
Co-writers and performers Breslin and Foley will be joined by Rory Pelsue as director. Ariel Sibert serves as dramaturg. Breslin and Foley previously executive produced and co-wrote the book for Ratatouille: The Tik Tok Musical.
