Industry News Caissie Levy Hosts Star Studded Arts For Autism Concert June 19

The annual benefit concert combines Broadway and student talent at the Gershwin Theatre.

Arts For Autism, a grant program designed to increase access to the arts for people with Autism, returns to the Gershwin Theatre for a star-studded concert fundraiser June 19.

Hosted by Broadway favorite Caissie Levy, the concert includes Broadway stars Miki Abraham (Shucked), Gabi Campo (Some Like It Hot), Tasia Jungbauer (Moulin Rouge), John Michael Dias (Jersey Boys), Kevin Smith Kirkwood (Kinky Boots), Eric William Morris (White Girl in Danger), Alyse Alan Louis (Amelie), Dylan Paul (Moulin Rouge), Tiffany Renee Thompson (Little Shop of Horrors), Josh Strobl (Dear Evan Hansen), Quinn VanAntwerp (Shucked), Teal Wicks (The Cher Show), and Brynn Williams (SpongeBob SquarePants).

They are joined by an additional chorus of Broadway caliber performers, as well as student performers on the autism spectrum. This year's keynote speaker with be Jackson Tucker-Meyer, an autistic playwright, lyricist, and filmmaker who is currently the Director of Programs for Actionplay, a neuroinclusive theatre nonprofit.

All proceeds will be administered via the grant program in $1,000–$5,000 denominations. Grants are available on a rolling basis. For more information on applying for a grant and the concert, visit ArtsForAutism.net.
