The Tony-winning production continues at the Lyric Theatre.

The Tony-winning Broadway production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will celebrate the spooky season with Halloween fun and giveaways at every Tuesday performance during October, including an ultimate Halloween celebration October 31 at the Lyric.

Each Tuesday will offer a different experience, from complimentary Dark Mark temporary tattoos for audience members (October 3) to offerings of a non-alcoholic Spiced Golden Snitch mocktail (October 10), a special Harry Potter pin created for Halloween plus trivia and ghost stories (October 17), and magic from Skylar Fox (October 24).

The October 31 performance will close out the month with a Halloween bash, offering audience members a special photo op step-and-repeat featuring a set from the show and a costume contest. The top 10 costumes will be featured on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child's social media channels for followers to vote on the top winner. The theatre will be decked out with professionally carved pumpkins, and Hershey's will provide audience members with plenty of Halloween treats.

Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne, and John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is an original play by Thorne with direction by Tiffany.

The Broadway cast currently features Steve Haggard as Harry Potter with Angela Reed as Ginny Potter and Joel Meyers as their son Albus Potter. David Abeles and Jenny Jules play Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, respectively, and Maya Olivia Thomas plays their daughter Rose Granger-Weasley. Aaron Bartz is Draco Malfoy, Erik Christopher Peterson is his son Scorpius Malfoy, and Imani Jade Powers plays Delphi Diggory.

The ensemble includes Chadd Alexander, Kevin Rico, Chelsey Arce, Quinn Blades, Ebony Blake, Darby Breedlove, Ted Deasy, Irving Dyson Jr., Kira Fath, Gary-Kayi Fletcher, Logan James Hall, Abbi Hawk, Chance Marshaun Hill, Edward James Hyland, Nick Hyland, Jax Jackson, Jack Koenig, Spencer LaRue, Rachel Leslie, Samaria Nixon-Fleming, Erik Evan Olson, Alexandra Peter, Dan Piering, William Rhem Jr., Kiaya Scott, Stephen Spinella, Tom Stephens, Karen Janes Woditsch, and Brittany Zeinstra.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child also features movement by Steven Hoggett, sets by Christine Jones, costumes by Katrina Lindsay, music and arrangements by Imogen Heap, lighting by Neil Austin, sound by Gareth Fry, illusions and magic by Jamie Harrison, music supervision and arrangements by Martin Lowe, and U.S. casting by Jim Carnahan.

The Broadway production won six 2018 Tony Awards, including Best New Play.
