Tony and Emmy winner Billy Crudup will be honored by the Vineyard Theatre on February 13 at their 40th anniversary gala.
Beginning at 6 PM at the Edison Ballroom, the gala will include cocktails, dinner, an auction and live performances. The annual event supports Vineyard’s season, their Good Neighbor ticket accessibility program, and their Fair Pay Initiative. Performers will be announced at a later date.
Crudup made his professional debut with the Vineyard in 1994 in Chiori Miyagawa’s America Dreaming, and he later returned to the Vineyard stage in Adam Rapp’s The Metal Children and in David Cale’s Harry Clarke. Crudup has received four Tony nominations throughout his career, including a win for The Coast of Utopia. He currently stars on Apple TV's The Morning Show, which netted him an Emmy award in 2020.
