Comedy duo Noel Carey and Julia Mattison will head to the Minetta Lane Theatre to present their new musical comedy Is Anyone Alive Out There?. The world premiere is the latest offering from audiobook and spoken-word entertainment provider Audible.

Performances, under the direction of Daniel Goldstein, will run March 21–24 at the Greenwich Village venue—Audible’s new creative home. The company will later release a recording of the musical as an Audible Original, joining its growing catalog of streamable theatre pieces.

The musical, set in a radio studio, follows two hosts who attempt to find fellow survivors and maintain their regular broadcast of cast away b-sides after an apocalyptic event. Each performance will feature a surprise cameo from a special guest.

The production will feature sets by Donyale Werle, lighting by Paige Seber, sound design by Tyler Kieffer. Carey and Mattison penned original songs for the show, which feature orchestrations by Charlie Rosen.
