Ice Berg Productions and Sierra Miliziano are bringing Adam Wachter’s Tarrytown to New York this fall, with performances beginning October 16, 2025, at The Cell Theater. Opening night will be October 17, and performances will continue through October 25.

The contemporary chamber musical reimagines Washington Irving’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as a psychological queer love triangle set in modern-day upstate New York. In Wachter's new take, Ichabod Crane becomes a music teacher rebuilding his life who finds himself entangled with Katrina and Brom Van Brunt. The work premiered in San Diego in 2017, winning Best New Musical at the Craig Noel Awards. A studio album of the score was released in 2020.

The three-person cast includes Andrew Cekala as Ichabod, Maya Sistruck as Katrina and Jake Goz as Brom. Casting is by ARC Casting's Patrick Maravilla.

Noah Eisenberg is directing, and Michael Cuschieri is music directing. The production also features lighting design by Ethan Feil, prop design by Rose Goodman, costume coordination by AJ Hernandez, sound design by Ryan O’Dea, and scenic design by Alex Rockey.

Tickets for the Off-Broadway run are available via EventBrite.
