Desperate Measures is currently playing an open-ended run at Off-Broadway's New World Stages following a Drama Desk Award-winning engagement at the York Theatre Company. Molina, who is also part of the cabaret duo The Skivvies, plays Bella Rose.
Loosely based on Shakespeare's Measure for Measure, the musical comedy takes place in America's Wild West. In addition to Molina's eccentric saloon girl, there's a cowboy awaiting execution, an alcoholic priest, a nun on a mission, and a mysterious sheriff.
