Pace Live is seeking an experienced and well organised Tour Manager to lead the Touring Company for its shows, which it produces and tours across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand. The Tour Manager will have experience working in the US, as well as the skills to coordinate, organise and manage the Touring Company and logistics of its touring shows, as it prepares to tour in early 2025 and beyond.


The Tour Manager will be responsible for creating a positive and productive working environment for artists by managing the conditions and work processes for dancers, crew and other personnel engaged on the 2025 US Tours of A Taste of Ireland. The Tour Manager provides support and advice to the Producers especially with regard to touring logistics supporting the company. We are looking for someone who has experience in working across the United States, knowledge of both theatrical touring logistics and venues as well as the ability to coordinate the Touring Company within the current touring schedules and upcoming tour dates.


Roles and responsibilities of the position can include but are not limited to the following:

-Pro-actively facilitate good morale and positive relationships between company members.

-Attend the rehearsal room and theatres whenever the cast are called, including during technical rehearsals and preview periods, and during performance seasons, to support artists, monitor their work environments and discuss any concerns that may arise.

-Organise any necessary pre-show, recovery and injury-management requirements for company members while on tour.

-Maintain and update contact lists, availabilities, schedules and company requirements, and any other relevant tour documents.

-Provide support to artists and staff engaged in the production. Discuss and relay any concerns from artists and staff to the Producers and other relevant staff as necessary.

-Act as the primary point of contact for artists, liaising with Production, Producers and Venues on their behalf.

-Work with stakeholders and suppliers, as required.

-Lead wardrobe and merchandise operations for the Touring Company.

-Utilise Pace’s tour management systems including Master Tour and Monday.com.

-Liaise and coordinate with stage management with regard to actor call times in the theatre.

-Arrange, update, maintain, and communicate any changes to travel itineraries and ground transfers.

-Ensure schedule changes are communicated accurately to artists.

-Assist the Production Travel Coordinator to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the touring party.

-Liaise with presenting venues FOH teams on behalf of Producers, as required.

-Manage any ticketing requirements and ticketing allocations for the touring party, in consultation with Producers.

-Have a valid Driver’s Licence and drive tour vehicles as required.

-Assist in the coordination of publicity requests, including liaising between publicity departments and stage management with regards to scheduling of publicity activities.


Pace Live is based in Australia and is seeking a Tour Manager with experience across the US to join its team. Its flagship show, ‘A Taste of Ireland’ has commenced touring internationally and requires a Tour Manager to work closely with the Producers to ensure its Touring Company are well looked after and have a successful and enjoyable tour.


Pace was featured as one of Pollstar’s Top 100 Promoters Worldwide throughout 2021, and as a growing theatre producer and promoter is building a small but efficient remote team to work abroad. As the company expands and starts to build new tours and shows, the search is on for someone who wants to join the team for the next stage of the Company’s expansion.


This position would suit someone with touring experience across the US who is looking for a flexible role in a Senior position. The role is on a contract basis and will commence early February 2025. The touring rate is $1400 - $1700 USD and is full-time. Naturally the nature of this role requires excellent availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
