DESCRIPTION
The Great Jones Distilling Co Tour Guide is responsible for performing engaging distillery tours, tastings and experiences to educate guests on the Great Jones brand, the process of making whiskey, and to create an overall exceptional guest experience.This role ensures every visitor enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. Basic retail and lobby check-in duties are also required.
Availability – Minimum 2-3 days per week including weekends, nights, and flexibility

• Great presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of small and large groups
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding integrity, interpersonal skills, and dependability
• Learn and understand new tour scripts for any new or one-off experiences, as they are created

• Ability to make appropriate decisions in case of emergency situations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with the guests and co-workers
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings as required
SALARY
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
