SEEKING

Equity actors for roles in THIS SHOULD NEVER BE A MUSICAL: AN IMPROVISED MUSICAL REALITY SHOW.

SYNOPSIS: Five actor/improvisers “compete” in this improvised reality show where the audience provides the titles of musicals that have never been written and. the performers create them on the spot.

All roles are open to any ethnicity, gender or age.

SEEKING:

Ensemble Members 1-5: Each ensemble member will create their own “composer” persona for the competition. Audience interaction and Improvisation experience (specifically musical improvisation) is a plus.

PREPARATION

Please prepare a short musical selection of your favorite song (genre/style up to you). We will also do a brief improvisation exercise.

On 3rd between Wolf and Ritner, 2nd Floor. Our offices and studio are located in an old Catholic School – Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The attached parking lot is for clergy and church administration only. On-street parking is free however and is plentiful during the day.
