DESCRIPTION

SB Theatricals, a small independent theatre company, is looking for an actor for their upcoming staged reading of the new play 'Mini Me'.

Storyline: Mini Me is a new play about a mother and daughter driving from New York City to Wisconsin for Christmas. Having a tense relationship between the two, chaos ensues once the daughter drops some surprising information. This one-act play explores the human connection between mother and daughter through laughter, frustration, and love.

LOOKING FOR:
Mother - Mid/late 40's-50's, all ethnicities woman. Tall, at least 5'8". Sharp and straightforward, she would do anything for the people she loves, except break the law, a skeptic, an introvert, irreverent, witty, a worker not a shirker, confrontational, intellectual, and routine-oriented (practicing Catholic).

12/6 6PM-8PM
12/7 2:30PM-5:30PM
12/8 3PM-6PM
12/11 or 12 TIME TBD
12/13 TIME TBD
12/14 6:30 CALL, 7PM READING

The reading will be held at Open Jar Studios in Midtown NYC.

AUDITIONS will be held November 30th.
