SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (INTERN)

Stage Time + Stage Time Studios
NYC REQUIRED

This is a leadership-level internship.

We are seeking a self-starter to own social media strategy and execution across two brands:

  • Stage Time (live shows, performances, immersive events)


  • Stage Time Studios (creative space, rehearsals, behind-the-scenes culture)


This role goes beyond posting. You will create a social media plan, pitch it to the team, and execute it, with a strong focus on short-form video and live-event storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch a social media strategy for both accounts


  • Manage and oversee both Instagram accounts


  • Create, edit, and publish Reels and short-form video


  • Execute before / during / after event content


  • Post event photos and ensure links, tags, and promos are live


  • Track performance and refine strategy


Event Involvement

  • Expected to attend monthly Stage Time Spectaculars


  • Encouraged to attend additional events


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and virality


  • Proven ability to ideate and execute independently


  • Comfort filming and editing on a phone


  • Excellent follow-through and ownership

  • 1–2 short-form videos you’ve created


  • A brief written social media strategy pitch


TIME COMMITMENT

  • 8–12 hours per week


  • 3-month minimum


  • Flexible schedule with event availability
