Position: Stage Manager

Production: "The 39 Steps"

Contract: AEA Spt Tier 4

Location: The Colonial Theatre, Westerly, Rhode Island

Dates:

• Rehearsals Begin: July 1st
• Opening Night: July 20th
• Final Performance: August 10th

Schedule:

• 5 shows a week

Salary:

• Minimum Weekly Salary: $528

About the Production: Join us for an exciting outdoor production of "The 39 Steps" at The Colonial Theatre in Westerly, Rhode Island. This classic thriller, performed under the open skies of beautiful Wilcox Park, promises a unique and captivating experience for both the audience and the production team.

Responsibilities: As the Stage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the production. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and facilitating rehearsals
• Managing the backstage during performances
• Overseeing the technical aspects of the production
• Communicating effectively with the cast, crew, and production team
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved in the production

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Stage Manager
• Familiarity with AEA Spt Tier 4 contracts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
