SEEKING

Equity actors for roles in SOJOURNERS.

Moxie Wills: A 15 to 18 year old black girl. She is learning to read and write. A caretaker. Far younger in age than attitude. Frayed from the harsh realities of street life. She is quick witted, hard edged, and able to adapt on a dime. Massachusetts born and Southern bred. East TX accent (inclusive of Houston).

Ukpong Ekpeyong: 20 to 26 years old. African man. He is from Nigeria. High on life and the American Dream. An economics student at Texas Southern University, though he has only earned 12 credits in 3 - 5 years. He has an effortless, magnetic charisma that has allowed him to coast through life. He claims his space and does not apologize. Ibibio accent.
