Slaybill Studios is overjoyed to announce "Slaybill Sings Teen Beach Movie: A Surf & Turf Showdown!". This show will take place on February 13th at 8:00PM at The Green Fig Lounge through the GREEN ROOM 42.

Make a splash at The Green Fig Lounge for a high-energy, time-warping evening featuring the songs of Teen Beach Movie! Get ready to be swept back into the fabulous 50s for a full-throttle surf-and-turf showdown, where bikers, surfers, and big vocals collide in the most electric way imaginable.

In this over-the-top celebration of the beloved Disney Channel musical, experience “Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’,” “Falling for Ya,” “Like Me,” “Surf’s Up,” and more — all served with extra sparkle, sass, and Disney magic. Expect big hair, bigger harmonies, and enough teen-movie nostalgia to power a jukebox for decades. There will be group numbers, solos, duets, trios, quartets, etc. it is going to be a BLAST! This fabulous show will happen all whille dressed as bikers and surfers!

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:
JAN. 24th (6:30PM - 8:30PM)
JAN. 7/8TH (6:00PM - 8:00PM)

Please submit roughly a 32 BAR CUT (a minute) of either a song from the movie, 50s hits, or teen Disney rock. Get creative and submit whatever speaks to you that represents Teen Beach Movie 1 OR 2.
