A Broadway Dreams apprenticeship can be a transformative stepping stone in the career of a young artist. Alumni of the program consistently credit it as a turning point in their personal and professional growth.

Beyond the unparalleled training, hands-on experience, and valuable networking opportunities, our alumni have gone on to achieve remarkable success. Many have secured roles with other prestigious arts organizations, collaborated with renowned artists in the Broadway Dreams network, or joined the Broadway Dreams team in seasonal, part-time, or full-time capacities.

Participants are chosen through a highly selective process, ensuring that each apprentice or intern embodies the dedication and excellence Broadway Dreams represents. These programs come with a clear set of weekly responsibilities that demand precision, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. In recognition of this commitment, participation in the program is offered free of charge.

Please note that housing and travel expenses are not covered. However, with the Broadway Dreams Multi-City Summer Tour visiting numerous locations, you may find a program in or near your city.
