Seeking plus-size, trans, BIPOC artists for a cabaret celebrating the best music from the biggest Broadway flops! That's right, that song from the show no one ever does finally has a home to be showcased in all its glory- the 54 Below stage with Broadway Bods!
Founded in 2021, Broadway Bods has been working to change the body diversity landscape of the performing arts industry in NYC. As New York's first fat-positive, size inclusive organization, we look to platform and produce work by performers living in marginalized bodies.
The performance will take place February 15th, 2026! Performers must be available for the full day.
To audition, please submit a one minute vocal selection, ideally of a piece you'd like to sing for the show! Check out our "Please DO Sing List" below for inspiration. SUBMIT YOUR MATERIALS BY JANUARY 4TH FOR CONSIDERATION.
Performers will receive a $100 stipend, and professional photos/recordings of their performances.
