Spencer will talk through all things business in this industry and teach you how to make strategic moves to reach your goals.

Spencer Glass is an NYC based actor and coach who works with actors looking to slow down, zoom out, and make clearer, more intentional choices in an industry that often rewards urgency over alignment. His coaching lives at the intersection of craft, mindset, and the business of acting. While audition work is part of the process, Spencer’s focus is just as much on helping actors define their lane, clarify direction, communicate effectively with reps, and cut through the noise that keeps them stuck. He approaches teaching as both a steady compass and a strategic thought partner, guiding artists toward careers that feel sustainable, grounded, and deeply aligned with who they are. His clients are on broadway, tv, national tours, working regionally etc.
