The tour of the Tony-winning musical comedy will travel to more than 30 cities in its first year.

The 2023 Broadway revival of Spamalot has hit the road, and Playbill has an up-close-and-personal look at the shenanigans.

The North American tour launched at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Ohio, December 1, 2025. Based on the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the musical follows King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table on their quest for the Holy Grail, complete with coconut-shell horse hooves, a run-in with the Knights Who Say "Ni!," and more.

The tour stars Major Attaway (Aladdin) as King Arthur, Sean Bell (Harmony) as Sir Robin, Chris Collins-Pisano (Forbidden Broadway) as Sir Lancelot, Ellis C Dawson III (Hamilton) as Sir Bedevere, Leo Roberts (Les Misérables) as Sir Galahad, Amanda Robles as The Lady of the Lake, Blake Segal (Mary Poppins) as Patsy, and Steven Telsey (The Book Of Mormon) as The Historian/Prince Herbert.

They are supported by Lindsay Lee Alhady, Delaney Benson, Jack Brewer, Connor Coughlin, L'ogan J'ones, Graham Keen, Claire Kennard, Ben Lanham, Nathaniel Mahone, Maddie Mossner, Emilie Renier, Mark Tran Russ, and Meridien Terrell.

The tour will travel to more than 30 cities in its first year, including Cleveland; Los Angeles; Washington, D.C.; Las Vegas; San Francisco; Seattle; Denver; Atlanta; Dallas; New Orleans; St. Louis; Houston; Ft. Worth; Charlotte; Schenectady; St. Paul, Greenville; Rochester; Milwaukee; Hartford; and Costa Mesa, with more cities to be announced soon.

The musical, which took home the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2005, features a book by Eric Idle and a score by Idle and John Du Prez. Josh Rhodes (Bright Star, Cinderella) returns from the Broadway revival production to direct and choreograph the tour. Jonathan Gorst is the musical director and conductor.

The tour includes scenic and projection design by Paul Tate dePoo III, costume design by Jen Caprio, lighting design by Cory Pattak, sound design by Kai Harada and Haley Parcher, wig design by Tom Watson, and music supervision by John Bell. Casting is by Geoff Josselson, and RCI Theatricals serves as general manager. The team also includes production stage manager Melissa Chacón, assistant stage managers Anna K. Rains and Dani Berman, company manager James Neal, and assistant company manager Abi Steinberg. Derek Kolluri is the associate director, and Michael Fatica is the associate choreographer.
