Princess Fiona: Voice: Soprano/High Belt, Range: F3–G5. Fiery, quirky, awkwardly optimistic princess who’s been in a tower a bit too long. Poised…until she isn’t. Traits: Strong belt, comedy chops, physical humor, heart.

Lawrence Jameson: Voice: Baritone, Range: A2–Bb4. A suave, worldly, and impossibly charming con artist living on the French Riviera. Polished, aristocratic, and dryly witty — he prefers elaborate long-cons, delivered with style.
Traits: Elegant, sophisticated, brilliant comic timing, leading-man presence.
Freddy Benson: Voice: Tenor, Range: A2–B4 (strong mix/chest). A scrappy, small-time hustler with big dreams and little impulse control. Street-smart, crude, and outrageous — but ultimately endearing. Traits: Physical comedian, playful chaos energy, lovable troublemaker.
Christine Colgate: Voice: Soprano with mix/belt, Range: A3–E5. A seemingly sweet, naïve American “Soap Queen” who becomes the central focus of the cons. Warm, sunny demeanor — with a twist. Traits: Charming, funny, sincere, with great comic instincts.
Muriel Eubanks: Voice: Mezzo-Soprano, Range: G3–C5. A wealthy, romantic, and slightly lonely socialite traveling through Europe. Graceful and generous — with a delightful sparkle. Traits: Elegant, warm, refined comic sensibility.
Andre Thibault: Voice: Baritone, Range: A2–F4. The chief of police — dry, smart, loyal, and quietly amused by the chaos around him. Muriel’s unexpected romantic interest. Traits: Subtle humor, European charm, grounded presence.
Jolene Oakes: Voice: Mezzo/Belter, Range: A3–D5. An enthusiastic, wealthy Oklahoma oil heiress. Loud, bold, fearless, and hilariously intense in her confidence. Traits: Big personality, strong belt, comic energy.

Hope Cladwell: Voice: Soprano with mix/belt, Range: A3–A5. Sweet, optimistic ingenue and Cladwell’s daughter. Appears innocent but grows into a moral force. Traits: Bright, honest, emotionally open. Vocal flexibility a plus.
Caldwell B. Cladwell: Voice: Baritone, Range: A2–G4. Powerful, smarmy CEO of Urine Good Company. Charming villain with a Broadway-style bravado. Traits: Strong character actor, commanding, humorous without being campy.
Little Sally: Voice: Mezzo/Soprano, Range: A3–E5. Smart, precocious, absurdly insightful child who comments on the show like a tiny philosopher. Traits: Cute but sharp, dry humor, strong timing.
