Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database
- Follow call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Box Office Experience a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is an advantage
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
