This role will work closely with the Lead Producer and Brand Manager to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.

Duties include:

- Attending intermittent rehearsals to take photos, videos, etc. for promotion
- Coordinating ticketing promotions and partnerships

- Managing marketing assistant

Qualifications:

- Background in performing-arts or entertainment marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Eventbrite preferred but not required
- Excellent copywriting and audience-engagement instincts

This is a great opportunity for an emerging performing arts marketer willing to learn and gain experience working on a new musical in development. The production schedule will be Feb 28-Apr 19, 2026, though we will likely get started on promotion sooner than that.

December 2025-February 2026: Initial meetings, strategy, development

February 28-March 21, 2026: Rehearsals (the Marketing Manager is invited to attend a couple of rehearsals to understand to create footage for promotion. Rehearsals will be in the evening).
March 23-27: Load in week.
March 28-29: TECH
March 31: Dress rehearsal
April 1-4: Preview performances
April 8-19: Run of show

Working hours are quite flexible, mostly remote, and we are happy to accommodate your schedule and other commitments/projects. The performances will take place at The Flea Theater, 20 Thomas St, New York, NY.
