HEAD OF ATTRACTION

Junto Entertainment is hiring a Head of Attraction to lead our Boston location of Putt Across America!

This is more than a management gig - beyond standard retail oversight, you will own the guest experience, serve as the local extension of Junto’s leadership team, and establish the rigorous quality controls that cement Putt Across America as Boston’s "can’t-miss" attraction.

THE EXPERIENCE

FROM TEE TO SHINING TEE. Putt Across America is an immersive 18-hole mini-golf journey inspired by our nation’s most iconic landmarks and landscapes. Putt Across America is a two-story, indoor attraction at Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Attraction will own the following responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor shift leads and course staff. You’ll ensure safety compliance while fostering a high-energy, collaborative team culture.

• Operations: Mastermind all on-site logistics to maintain peak efficiency. You’ll be the primary liaison for facilities, contractors, events, and local partners.

• Maintenance and Excellence: Conduct weekly structural reviews of the course and retail space. You’ll coordinate local repairs and enforce daily protocols to ensure the "wow factor" is never compromised.

• Guest Experience: Curate a top-tier environment that drives 5-star reviews and repeat visits, upholding Junto’s premium standards in the competitive Boston attractions scene.

• Growth and Marketing: Execute "boots on the ground" marketing strategies and identify strategic local partnerships to expand PAA’s brand presence and drive revenue.

THE DETAILS

• Compensation: $30–$35/hour (commensurate with experience)

• Growth: Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and advancement as the location and Junto grow

• Status: Full-time, in-person at Faneuil Hall Marketplace

• Flexibility: Flexible scheduling allowed (some nights and weekends may be required based on seasonal traffic)

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to navigate a multi-floor indoor setting, including standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying supplies up to 25 lbs.

• Background Check: Required for all leadership positions.
