This is a full time, in person, staff position with an intended start date of May 4, 2026
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Support senior management in processing vendor payments, including invoices, expense reimbursements, petty cash tracking, and corporate card reconciliation
Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including regular reconciliations
Record daily financial activity and oversee accurate transaction posting
Process and reconcile banking activity including accounts receivable/payable
Ensure all financial transactions are properly coded and recorded within appropriate ledgers
Maintain organized financial records, including data entry and documentation of statements
Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports
Assist with expense monitoring and review
Update and maintain financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
Provide support on various accounting and finance-related projects
Interact with clients on a regular basis, providing requested documentation and answering financial questions
Requirements
Expertise in QuickBooks
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative team setting
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Accounting proficiency including A/P & A/R
Ability to handle confidential information
Experience working in a theatrical environment
Knowledge of theatrical positions, terminology, and box office settlements
Compensation
$70,000 a year with benefits.
