DESCRIPTION

The primary role of the Front of House Associate is to provide exceptional service for every guest while greeting, receiving, welcoming, and registering guests, maintaining accounts and handling inquiries, and undertaking cashiering and switchboard. Being an exceptional team player, this candidate would also possess excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, be highly enthusiastic, and be driven by delivering inspirational service. Full-time and Part-time schedules available/

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Ensure all guests and patrons are warmly greeted upon entering and departing the hotel
  • Check-in/check-out hotel guests efficiently while extending the highest level of hospitality
  • Communicate and appropriately act on all complaints/queries while also informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager when applicable
  • Ensure integrity of billing and cash handling
  • Maintain the correct confidentiality of hotel guest information and records.
  • Cover reservations when required
  • Carry out a daily in-house guest reservation and correspondence audit
  • Maintain a high level of communication between the Front Office and all other departments
