Our client, a boutique hedge fund located in midtown, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a Temporary to Hire position
This is a Part time/ Hybrid role- working 2 days in office (Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days remote. A unique opportunity for the right person!
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones, take messages/transfer calls to appropriate individuals
· Meet and greet all clients/guests in a courteous professional manner- escort to conference rooms
· Be backup to the Office Manager
· Schedule appointments
· Assist with Administrative duties: expense reports, correspondence, emails etc.
· Receive deliveries /maintain the pantry area
· Maintain a clean and organized reception/common area
Qualifications:
· Must be tech/computer savvy
· Proficient with MS Office
· Have 1-2 years of previous office administration experience
· Flexible to work independently as well as part of a team
