About Broadway Experiential and The Museum of Broadway

Broadway Experiential LLC owns and operates The Museum of Broadway as a platform to grow the brand of Broadway, honor and learn from its history, and bring in new audiences to develop the next generation of Broadway theatergoers.

About the Role

Brand Ambassador is an exciting role for someone who loves Broadway and enjoys interacting with people. Our team of brand ambassadors are a critical component in keeping the museum running smoothly, providing additional education and knowledge for guests and helping guests take memorable pictures in our immersive environment.

In this role, over the course of your employment, you may be assigned a variety of different posts within the museum, which could include:

· Greeting & Check in – welcoming guests to the museum and checking their tickets onsite

· Onsite Ticketing Assistance – assisting guests who have not pre-purchased their admission

· Directional / Traffic flow – moving guests into and along the experience in key locations related to stairwells and elevators or in between rooms

· Educating – guests may have questions in regards to the exhibits and through your training you will be able provide further info for those guests

· Interacting & Assisting – Talking with guests and offering to take guest’s photos throughout the experience.

· Events – when events take place in the museum you might help set up for the event and assist guests with check-in or guest flow.

· Maintenance – assisting management as needed with emergency repair, customer service issues, or restocking supplies throughout the museum.

Ideal Candidate Background:

· Passion for Broadway

· Preferred 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or retail, showing the ability to understand interacting with guests in high traffic environments.

· Fun & Engaging

· Responsible & Professional

· Can work independently and with a team

. Can stand for long periods of time

. Comfortable around music and low to bright lighting.

· Open availability. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Preference will be given to candidates with availability for shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Hourly Rate: $20 Hour expected shifts of 5-8 hours per shift.

Benefits: Health Benefits after 90 days for those consistently working full-time (30+ hours/week)
