DESCRIPTION

Envoy Theatricals/Samuel Dallas is seeking an Assistant General Manager / Office Manager to join our team, supporting Broadway, Off-Broadway, touring productions, and concerts. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced producing environment and is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional.

Envoy Theatricals / Samuel Dallas (General Manager) was created in 2025 as a new General Management firm. Current Projects: The Unknown starring Sean Hayes, In Development: The Ninth Woman, A Kidman Carol, We Shall Someday. Prior Credits include Parade (2022 Broadway revival; 2025 national tour), Into the Woods (2022 Broadway revival; 2023 national tour), How to Dance in Ohio (Broadway), A Christmas Carol (Broadway; 2021 LA tour; San Francisco sit-down), Job (Broadway, Off-Broadway).

Anticipated start date: February 2026

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day general management of productions
• Supporting budgeting, payroll coordination, and financial tracking
• Assisting with contracts, deal memos, and production paperwork
• Liaising with company managers, payroll services, unions, and creative teams
• Maintaining schedules, files, and production calendars
• Office Management Support

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation:

Salary range $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience.
