The ensemble of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Shuffle Along performed the “Pennsylvania Graveyard Shuffle” on the May 31 inaugural episode of the NBC-TV variety show Maya and Marty, hosted by Saturday Night Live alums Martin Short and Maya Rudolph.
The stage show's Tony-nominated choreographer Savion Glover gave audiences a preview of how Shuffle Along will look when he joins the cast at a date to be announced. He served as featured dancer in front of the ensemble for most of the song.
